Middle School Sports:
Middle school students in Grades 6–8 are required to participate in team sports as part of the LCS Physical Education (P.E.) curriculum, including practices and league games as scheduled. Participation may require additional athletic clothing, equipment, or other sport-specific supplies.
The purpose of the Lighthouse Christian School athletic program is to develop discipline, perseverance, teamwork, sportsmanship, and Christlike character. Through athletics, students learn to work toward common goals, respond appropriately to challenges, support their teammates, and use their abilities in a way that honors God.
